Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This remote LMFT position focuses on providing high-quality therapy services through a secure telehealth platform. You will work with clients who may be experiencing relationship strain, family stress, emotional challenges, parenting concerns, or major changes in their personal lives.
In this role, you will guide therapy sessions, assess client needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress over time. The work requires strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to create a professional therapy experience in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients located in North Carolina
- Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess presenting concerns and gather relevant clinical history
- Create treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and progress
- Help clients address communication issues, relationship conflict, stress, and emotional concerns
- Complete session notes and clinical records within required timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all virtual sessions
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote care
