What You’ll Do

•Engage with prospective clients and current HNW clients, as well as Trust & Estate clients to craft impactful proposals, and

identify opportunities for value-added services.

•Prepare and review client billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

•Work in alignment with our firm’s progressive philosophy and the vision of our partners.

•Collaborate seamlessly with clients’ attorneys, brokers, and internal partners for holistic solutions.

•Take ownership of problem-solving while ensuring partner review and final approval.

•Stay at the forefront of tax developments, communicating updates and helping integrate new tax codes into our practice.

•Contribute to firm-wide projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.

•Build cross-departmental relationships, ensuring every client engagement is executed with excellence.

•Mentor and inspire junior staff, fueling the next generation of accounting talent.

What You Bring

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting, plus an active CPA certification.

•2-3 years’ experience as a supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience in a professional setting.

•Specialized background in tax for high net worth individuals and trusts/estates.

•Membership in AICPA, NCACPA (if applicable), and a commitment to ongoing learning.

•Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in tax software and computer applications.

•Completion of career development CPE requirements, especially those focusing on management and communication.

•Sharp organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.

•Natural ability to motivate and lead a cohesive team.

•Valid driver’s license with a solid Motor Vehicle Record.
