Regional Sales Executive
JOB POSTING We are looking for a sales leader who will maintain and expand upon an extensive network of Processing accounts in the assigned territory. The individual will be expected to sell and promote PIP branded products to key processing accounts, while maintaining and growing existing distribution relationships and support within the territory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute brand expansion within existing Food Processing positions.
- Support and maintain distributor relationships through joint and collaborative field work.
- Maintain all end-user and distributor activities and correspondence in CRM.
- Report territory pipeline and performance metrics monthly.
- Sell and promote branded PIP products to key end-user targets.
- Conduct distributor training across the base
- Promote breadth of portfolio through direct sales calls and digital communication at both distributor and end-user levels.
- Assist in development of annual sales budget and monitor performance in key areas as directed.
- Participate in select trade shows, customer visits and supplier meetings as required.
- Troubleshoot and mitigate product performance, delivery, and competitive challenges.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business, marketing, agriculture science or related discipline
- Prior experience in a sales role, 1-3 years preferred in the agriculture, food processing industry.
