Inside Sales Associate

We're seeking a Sales Associate who's not only a sales powerhouse but also a team player woh fits the culture of our rapidly growing office. Your Job Duties:
- Make >75 daily B2B outbound sales calls.
- Work seamlessly with our sales team, scheduled qualified appointments.
- Help maintain a clean CRM database of prospective clients
Additional Compensation Opportunities:
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Performance-based pay: Earn additional compensation for appointments set and deals closed
- OTE: >$70,000
Requirements
- A high school diploma is a must; a college degree is a plus.
- Experience in B2B outbound calls or sales
- Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a detail-oriented mindset.
