BILINGUAL ONSITE STAFFING COORDINATOR
The BiLingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator supports a manufacturing client by managing day-to-day staffing operations, employee support, and onsite workforce coordination. This role ensures shifts are properly staffed, new hires are successfully onboarded and trained, and employees remain engaged and compliant with safety and attendance expectations. The Onsite Staffing Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between the client, Allegiance Staffing internal recruiting team, and onsite associates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Staffing & Workforce Coordination
- Maintain daily staffing levels to support production needs and shift coverage.
- Identify staffing gaps and coordinate solutions to ensure full coverage.
- Work closely with the Allegiance Staffing internal recruiting team to support hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Coordinate interviews with production leads.
- Assist with employee placement, shift assignments, and staffing changes as needed.
Onboarding, Orientation & Training
- Conduct new hire orientations, safety briefings, and job-specific training sessions.
- Conduct employee tours of the facility and work areas.
- Monitor new hires daily for the first two (2) weeks; collect feedback and provide updates to HR.
- Address training issues or concerns and coordinate follow-up support as needed to ensure employee success.
Attendance, Performance & Metrics
- Track and monitor staffing scores/metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and scheduling accuracy.
- Support attendance management and communicate concerns to appropriate leadership.
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to staffing performance and workforce trends.
Safety & Compliance
- Perform daily walk-throughs to monitor/check for PPE compliance and workplace readiness.
- Reinforce safety policies and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable labor guidelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as an onsite point of contact for associates regarding questions, concerns, and general support.
- Assist with Client/Employee engagement functions (events, recognition, morale initiatives, communication support).
- Promote a positive work environment and help maintain strong employee-client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in HR, business, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting support, HR coordination, manufacturing, or workforce management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with employees and production leadership.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and respond quickly to changing staffing needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning staffing/timekeeping systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and walk the production floor daily.
- Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Work Environment
- Onsite role within a manufacturing facility.
- Requires daily floor presence, frequent walking, and interaction with associates and client leadership.
- Must be able to follow all safety requirements, including PPE standards.
Schedule
- Schedule may vary based on production needs and shift coverage requirements (including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends as needed).
Key Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent shift coverage and support production staffing goals.
- Ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly and supported during their first two weeks.
- Improve retention and attendance through proactive employee engagement and follow-up.
- Support a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
