Join our team as an Outside Sales (Field) Representative B2B — a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in sales with comprehensive training! Ideally you will be based in/near the Wilmington, N.C. area. You will sell to industries in the maintenance, trades, facilities and manufacturing world. Work from your home office on Mondays to set weekly appointments, and travel Tuesday-Friday (no over nights) within a 2-hour radius to sell on a customer specific site with company supplies.
Duties
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales growth
- Utilize CRM software such as EChempax to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Negotiate with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Demonstrate interest or experience in outside sales, is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate!
- Strong communication skills -focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining organizational discipline using CRM tools like Echempax
- Enthusiastic attitude with a natural curiosity to drive for success and professional growth
