Administrative Assistant
Hope Services, LLC provides mental health services to children and families.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Raleigh Day Treatment facility.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with one or more years of experience working with adolescents and/or in mental health settings are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with youth‑focused services, behavioral health environments, or supportive care roles is a plus and will enhance success in this position.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering phones.
- Checking in patients.
- Collecting payments.
- Basic office management duties.
This position will have contact with patients and families. The applicant must be able to work in a high paced environment and be able to multi-task.
