What You Bring:
· • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a District or Area Manager in a restaurant or retail setting
· • Proven success overseeing 5+ locations
· • A track record of coaching, training , and developing high-performing teams
· • Strong command of P&L management and operational efficiency
· • A drive for sales growth and team development
· • The ability to organize, plan, and execute at a high level
· • Confidence in hands-on leadership—you’re not afraid to jump in, lead from the front, and ditch the clipboard
· • A high-energy, magnetic personality that inspires others
