With locations in North and South Carolina, and projects extending into West Virginia and Tennessee, this team is known for delivering excellence across every phase of roofing — from re-roofs and repairs to maintenance, inspections, and 24/7 service.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and on budget. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Crew Leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute top-quality roofing projects while mentoring and developing field teams to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and safety performance

• Attend and contribute to pre-construction meetings

• Interpret plans, specs, and scopes of work to plan jobs effectively

• Coordinate with Project Managers, sheet metal teams, clients, and contractors

• Train, mentor, and develop team members on production methods, safety, and roofing best practices

• Support recruiting and retention efforts for skilled field personnel

• Ensure every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills — both written and verbal

• Ability to read blueprints and construction documentation

• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and project timelines

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working at heights and performing roof inspections

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
