Customer Experience Specialist / Front Desk (Greensboro NC)

This is an amazing opportunity to join an extremely team-oriented company in the automotive industry. This position will be in our Greensboro shop located at 307 A Edwardia Dr Greensboro, NC. The position is MON - FRI 8-5 pm with no Weekends!

RGX in Greensboro, NC is looking for an energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic professional with strong work ethic to be part of our dynamic growing company! Must enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills. Our compensation is competitive and is based on your skills and experience. Hourly pay + fantastic bonus opportunities! Essentially, we pay based on how dedicated you are to your position.

Job Summary:

-Initiates and builds relationships with customers by providing information about our services -Promotes services and secures sales via phone, email, and other channels

-Receives a high volume of inbound phone calls for estimates and appointments

-Builds customer rapport by explaining estimates & step-by-step process of rim repair

-Uses dispatch system to retrieve and distribute customer information to technicians

-Schedules service appointments and deliver a great customer experience

-Identifies upsell opportunities with new and existing customers

-Must be able to work in a high-paced environment, stay organized and multitask

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

-Phone sales / customer service experience preferred, but not required
