Prostar Services Inc. is hiring a full-time Call By Call Manager

This is not a basic office role. This position is for someone who can manage the flow of the day, support the team in real time, and help turn every opportunity into a better customer experience and stronger result.

We are looking for someone who can listen, coach, communicate clearly, keep calls moving, and help our team stay sharp. If you are organized, confident, quick on your feet, and know how to help people perform under pressure, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage calls throughout the day
• Support technicians and office staff in real time
• Help guide service opportunities from call to close
• Coach communication between the customer, technician, and office
• Keep the board moving and help maximize daily production
• Review call flow, booking quality, and opportunity handling
• Help improve consistency, urgency, and performance across the team
• Work closely with dispatch, CSRs, and field technicians
• Track results and help hold the team accountable

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and highly detail-oriented
• Confident on the phone and in team communication
• Strong follow-through and sense of urgency
• Ability to coach others and improve performance
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, call coaching, sales support, or home services preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service is a big plus
