Program Manager POST NUMBER: 471524
Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Program Manager to join their team!
Where: Wilmington, MA, 3 days onsite per week preferred
When: Immediate need, 12-month contract, potential for perm placement
Pay: $80/hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of the accessory portfolio across innovation initiatives, item/code creation, and supply chain readiness
- Manage NPI and structured stage-gate processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely decision-making
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across product development, packaging, systems setup, supply chain, and market-specific requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional operating cadences, status reviews, and executive-level updates
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities to prevent rework and launch delays
- Provide clear visibility into execution status, risks, trade-offs, and escalation needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–7 years of experience managing complex programs or strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Experience overseeing custom tooling execution
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite)
