Chemical Library Specialist

As a Chemical Library Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and expansion of our internal high-throughput screening chemical library, supporting the discovery of new therapeutic entities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your chemistry expertise in a dynamic laboratory environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in a variety of departmental initiatives and laboratory-based tasks, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge discovery chemistry projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist scientists in the development of internal HTS chemical library.
• Order and maintain inventory of chemical reagents.
• Prepare building blocks and chemical stock solutions for HTE experiments.
• Handle sample logistics for chemical library.
• Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record and document results accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate data as well as progress to colleagues.

You Are

• BS in Chemistry/Life Sciences or related field.
• 0-3 years of compound management/sample logistics experience.
• Comfortable with working in proper protection equipment (safety glasses, gloves, lab coat).
• The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and work productivity in teams as well as independently.
• Flexibility to adjust priorities as needed to meet project goals.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
