We are seeking a Service Technician HVAC to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust Residential & Light Commercial HVAC machinery and support Devices
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Fill out and Compete Paper Work indicating work performed and materials used.
• Able to locate materials and provide an estimated cost for repairs or projects
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC Service Work 5 Years minimal
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid N. Carolina Drivers License and a Good Driving Record.
• Good Communication and Organizational Skills

We service all brands and types of HVAC & Ref equipment our customer base is 85% Commercial with the remaining 15% residential. We service Retail, Office, Construction and Manufacturing sites, including Restaurants and Food Service clients. We travel within a 60 mile radius of our Home Office. Our primary type of work is Service Repair, Maintenance, Check, Test & Start-Up with some change out of HVAC Equipment. We perform minimal new construction.
While we do work on some weekends, our typical week is Monday through Friday.
