Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role blends data management and reporting with creative content creation to support a variety of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and works independently while producing high-quality, impactful results.

In this role, you will manage marketing reports, track key performance metrics, and provide accurate, timely information to guide decision-making. You will also lead content creation for social media and video projects—some of which will be search-optimized—while staying up to date on trends, best practices, and platform changes. This position requires a highly organized, adaptable individual who can balance structured administrative tasks with creative projects, consistently contributing fresh ideas to strengthen GSM’s marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to sort and organize data, create and manage reports, analyze results, and use basic formulas/functions.
• Experience and strong interest in social media management and content creation.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with video editing and/or graphic design is a plus but not required.
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices is a plus but not required.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

18 - 25 USD per week(CCC)
