Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Platforms

Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing manufacturing organization that is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Business Platforms to lead and optimize their portfolio of internal business applications. This client is focused on innovation and excellence in production technology and is looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to help them scale their systems and support enterprise initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring broad experience managing enterprise-level applications and leading collaborative technical teams. This person should be comfortable navigating a diverse application ecosystem, including both off-the-shelf and homegrown platforms. Familiarity with integration tools, business systems analysis, and application strategy is key.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of enterprise business applications, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Manage and support a team of internal developers and integration specialists to deliver scalable, reliable application solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate tools, and implement technical solutions that improve business operations.
• Oversee integration initiatives across systems using platforms such as MuleSoft, ensuring data consistency and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor application performance, enforce configuration standards, and ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery policies.
• Guide vendor relationships and future application planning while mentoring and developing internal team capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise business platforms, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a diverse application portfolio, including internal development tools.
• Strong understanding of system integration, business analysis, and application governance best practices.
• Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, FileMaker, or similar integration and custom application platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical efforts to business strategy and drive successful outcomes.
