Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for representing clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. The attorney will handle all aspects of the case from initial consultation to settlement or trial, ensuring that clients receive the compensation they deserve. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough case evaluations and client consultations to determine legal options and strategies.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and appeals.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitration hearings, advocating for their best interests.
- Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to support client cases.
- Develop trial strategies and prepare necessary documentation for court presentations.
- Maintain organized case files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
- Strong trial preparation and courtroom experience.
- Excellent negotiation and settlement skills.
- Proficient in legal writing and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong advocacy skills with a focus on client representation.
