Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in a hospital setting serving medical and post-surgical adult/geriatric patients in Thomasville, North Carolina. Start date May 25, 2026; 13-week travel assignment with approximately 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (3x12). Weekly pay range: $1,626–$1,686. Responsibilities
- Monitor patients on remote telemetry, recognize and respond to dysrhythmias, and document findings promptly
- Initiate IV access and peripheral line care; manage basic med-surg care
- Administer and monitor non-titratable cardiac medications and oversee blood product administration as needed
- Maintain infection control practices including PPE usage and isolation procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (pharmacy, PT/OT, radiology, social work) and document in the chart using SBAR communication

Requirements
- Active NC or Compact RN license; license must be in hand at start (pending OK for submission)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Telemetry experience with rhythm recognition and monitoring
- EPIC experience required for first-time travel assignments
- BCLS (basic life support) required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
- Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
