Call Center Representative
Compensation: $18/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance offered to LaSalle Network contractors

This Call Center Representative will handle a wide range of inbound calls, support internal teams and ensure customers receive timely, accurate information. What’s the job?
Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide step-by-step support
Coordinate responses with internal teams when escalations arise
Assist store teams with remote support and questions
Document call details, update customer records and follow workflow standards
Handle sensitive situations with discretion and clarity
What’s needed?
Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
Clear, confident communication skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Salisbury, NC
High school diploma required
Ability to stay calm and focused during high call volumes
