Operations Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with technology, and has a strong drive to grow professionally. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations, help streamline processes, and ensure that projects and administrative tasks run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
· Support the use and implementation of Microsoft 365 tools across the company.
· Learn and adapt quickly to Procore (construction/project management software).
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
· Provide organizational support for projects, scheduling, and communication.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, BambooHR, and SharePoint.
· Ability to quickly learn new systems, particularly Procore.
· Strong computer and software skills; comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
· Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Desire for professional growth and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Pay
Range: $45K-$52K/Annually
