Beech Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our food and beverage team for the summer season. Servers play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent service, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring food and drinks are delivered efficiently. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and organization
• Greet and attend to guests upon arrival
• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
• Take and serve orders while providing a high level of customer service
• Communicate and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Issue bills and process payments accurately
• Promote a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a serving or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred\
• Responsible, trustworthy, and dedicated to cleanliness and safety
