Sales Representative – Base + Bonuses + Commission ($100K+ Potential)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year base + monthly bonuses + commission

We’re hiring a high-performance Sales Representative to join our team and drive patient consults through follow-up, scheduling, and converting warm leads into paying clients. This is a metrics-driven role with significant earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make 3,000+ calls/month, 2,500+ outbound (tracked via GoToConnect)

* Follow up with leads to schedule consultations

* Ensure scheduled patients attend their consults

* Work in Monday.com and Denticon to track metrics and performance

* Support revenue conversion and long-term follow-up

Compensation Breakdown:

* Base Salary: \$55,000–\$65,000/year ($25–$32/hour)

* $500 bonus for 5,000+ calls/month

* $20 per patient who shows up for consult + $250 for >80% monthly show-up rate

* 1% of collected patient revenue you help drive (12-month tracking window)

* Total Comp Potential: $100,000–$110,000+/year for top performers

* Prior sales or call center experience preferred

* Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily

* Highly organized and able to follow up consistently

* Familiar with CRM or workflow tools like Monday.com, Denticon a plus

* Reliable and results-focused
