Facilities Maintenance Technician

Shift Availability:

• 1st shift : Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm ( on call aspect off hours when needed )
• 2nd shift : Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm

Pay Rate : $30/hr.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including repairs to doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, drywall, and other facility systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on facility and production systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and facility improvement projects to support operational needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders, documenting work performed and parts used.
• Support safety initiatives by following established procedures and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed to complete specialized maintenance and repair work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and basic technical documentation to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, NC.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Burlington,NC.
