Job Title: Hybrid Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: 55-65/hr

We are seeking a high-caliber, Hybrid Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master who does more than just facilitate meetings. You are a "fixer" who dives deep into technical roadblocks, anticipates risks before they manifest, and possesses the professional skills to communicate at the leadership level.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between traditional Waterfall governance and Agile execution. With a background in application development and a firm grasp of security protocols, you will be responsible for driving complex initiatives within a strictly regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Active Issue Resolution: Must not just be a status reporter/meeting coordinator, but is expected to dig into issues and actively help resolve them

Communication & Reporting: Will be expected to present to project leadership in a clear/concise way on a very regular basis, showing excellent command of their area.

Status Management: Interface with multiple teams / TPMs / SMs to gather/understand status and be able to summarize succinctly.

Process Adherence: Must understand that there is a non-negotiable bank process to follow on the ECM side.

Proactivity: Understands when to pick up the phone and call someone rather than waiting for an email response; proactive with issues but will investigate options without being asked.

Required Experience and Skills

Primary Skill: Project Management

Secondary Skill: Agile (Scrum), must be well-versed on Agile-Scrum.

Experience: Prior application development experience.

Knowledge: Some security knowledge/background.

Background: A background in waterfall project management or a hybrid role.

Preferences

Qualifications: PM/CSM qualifications (PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe).

Tools: JIRA experience and MS Project competency.
