We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication and outstanding service delivery. This is a Contract to Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services or appointments.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address questions and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist healthcare providers by transferring calls and ensuring seamless communication.
• Handle order entry and maintain accurate records within the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up with patients and doctors.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize call center software to track and manage customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and data management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at working collaboratively with a team to achieve organizational goals.
• High level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients and healthcare providers.
