Pay: $20-$23 per hour depending on experience

Start: August 2026

Temp to Hire

6 Week Training: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (No Time Off During Training(

Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday 3pm - 11pm or 4pm - 12am

Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Responsible for managing talent scheduling, ensuring accuracy, supporting self service tools, and maintaining clear communication with site teams. Requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and professionalism in a fast paced environment. Open to diverse professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Manage and update talent schedules, including rescheduling as needed (Phone and E-mail)
Monitor schedules to prevent errors, gaps, or conflicts
Communicate with site teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
Provide basic technical support and submit tickets for system issues
Document accounts and incidents clearly to maintain history and visibility
Maintain confidentiality of talent and vendor information
Follow up on scheduling issues through resolution
Implement leadership feedback and support process improvements
Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively and work within a team
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting
Open to feedback and motivated to grow within the company
Ability to work onsite five days per week, evenings (3 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM)
Available for a three week training period with no time off
Professional, proactive, and solution oriented mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM platform
