Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student achievement
• Utilize differentiated instruction strategies to acmodate varying abilities within the classroom
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional methods accordingly
• Maintain pliance with all state and federal special education regulations and reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with middle school students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of intervention strategies and behavioral management techniques
• Excellent munication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
