**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Monitor the premises for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns, reporting as necessary to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
+ Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal protocols and site-specific requirements.
+ Assist with access control and visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
