Are You Ready to Eliminate Failures Before They Happen?
If you thrive on turning data into decisive action, guiding teams through complex problem-solving, and building maintenance strategies that stick, this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to expert who fuses safety, compliance, and precision to boost equipment reliability and plant throughput.

- Run FMEAs; lead Root Cause Analysis, Bad Actor removal, and Fault Tree Analysis—and coach others to mastery.
- Elevate Work Execution Management (WEM) through training, mentoring, and performance-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs and keep results visible.

- At least five years in reliability engineering.
- Master-level command of predictive technologies and strong proficiency in machine health monitoring.

Physical Realities of the Job
Expect a hands-on factory environment: frequent standing and walking; regular use of hands for handling and precision tasks; reaching with arms; climbing or balancing; and routine talking and hearing. You’ll also stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed, with occasional seated work. At times, you’ll lift or move more than 50 pounds. Close and color vision are essential. You may occasionally be outdoors and face risk of electrical shock. Noise levels are typically very high, and there may be exposure to hazardous materials and greasy or slippery floors.
