Maintenance Technicians - Contract

Allied Reliability is seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for one of our premier clients in the Raleigh, NC area for contract roles. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate record of maintenance activities performed.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure that the workplace complies with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting production.
• Assist in the training of junior maintenance staff and apprentices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or an associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with industrial machinery and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules and techniques.
• Experience with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
