Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and guide Installers on basic plumbing techniques
• Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies
• Approve plumbing scope of work per Bath Fitter standards
• Obtain required permits and coordinate inspections
• Manage daily and monthly plumbing inventory and assist with ordering
• Gather and prepare supplies, products, and materials for installer jobs
• Perform hands-on plumbing work including fixture and piping installations
• Uphold safety protocols and proper use of PPE at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Master Plumber License (State of North Carolina, required)
• Certified Plumbing Contractor license (required)
• 7–10+ years of plumbing experience, including inspections and compliance work
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to train others
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Organized, dependable, and safety-focused professional
