Job Title: Commercial Flooring Estimator
Location: Charlotte, NC area — Multiple Opportunities Across the U.S.

One of our contractor partners is seeking a skilled Commercial Flooring Estimator to join their team. This role is essential in the pre-construction process and offers a clear path toward senior-level estimating or project management roles within the commercial interiors space.

If you're detail-oriented, confident in your takeoffs, and looking to align with a company that values accuracy as much as speed — this could be a great fit.

• 3+ years of commercial flooring estimating experience (tile, LVT, carpet, epoxy, hardwood, etc.)

• Proficient in digital takeoff software (PlanSwift, RFMS, MeasureSquare, or similar)

• Strong working knowledge of blueprints, specs, material types, and install methods

• Able to collaborate with project managers, sales, and installers to ensure accurate scope and pricing

• Bonus: Field experience in commercial flooring installation or project management

• Competitive base salary ( commensurate with experience )
