Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in High Point, NC, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services for the academic school year (CSY) under a contract arrangement. This role involves working directly with students across all grade levels to support their communication development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and document student performance and make recommendations for adjustments in therapy

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders
• Ability to design and implement effective, evidence-based therapy programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
