We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring resident satisfaction, coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and protecting the value of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee vendor performance.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Market available units and assist with leasing activities.
• Collect rent, monitor delinquencies, and enforce lease agreements.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
• Handle resident concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Supervise onsite staff when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to property maintenance.
