Assistant Manager – Krista Anne’s Boutique

Black Mountain, NC | Part-Time

Krista Anne’s Boutique is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our Black Mountain team. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about helping women feel confident and beautiful.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to be part of a purpose-driven boutique environment that values excellence, teamwork, and meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty
• Assist in driving sales and achieving store goals
• Support daily store operations and merchandising
• Help maintain a warm, welcoming, and polished store environment
• Assist leadership with team support and daily management tasks
• Represent the heart and culture of Krista Anne’s Boutique with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Boutique or specialty retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fashion and styling women
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Motivated, dependable, and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Weekend availability required
