**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as directed by nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Assist in the mobilization of patients, ensuring safe transfers and correct positioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
- Report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and care tasks as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently according to facility protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State-recognized CNA certification is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

**Working Conditions:**

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting patients.
- Work in various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
