The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Build new relationships with commercial clients through outreach, networking, and community engagement

• Identify opportunities within property management groups, facility maintenance teams, and commercial owners

• Support the sales process through discovery, communication, proposal coordination, and follow-up

• Represent the organization at industry events and professional associations

• Maintain pipeline transparency through CRM tracking and proactive engagement

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience

• Background in commercial services, construction, or facilities is ideal but not required

• Confidence in presenting solutions and building trust

• Strong follow-through, organization, and goal focus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
