Recruiter (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition network. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-starters who excel at connecting great candidates with top employers. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions based on successful placements.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional experience.

• Meet or exceed monthly placement goals to maximize commission earnings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new client opportunities and expand the company's talent network.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (agency or corporate).

• Proven ability to source, interview, and close candidates successfully.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Access to a computer, internet connection, and professional workspace.

• 100% Commission-Based: You earn a percentage of every successful placement.
