Position Overview

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Outpatient care only—no hospital or weekend shifts
• Manageable caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
• Work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance conditions
• 100% one-on-one patient care
• Electronic documentation via WebPT (training provided)
• Laptop and full administrative support provided
• Ongoing mentorship and training from experienced professionals

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in North Carolina, or eligibility to transfer
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for high-quality patient care
• Commitment to professional growth and team collaboration
