Technical Source is working with a rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on providing high-quality primary human cell products for biomedical research, drug discovery, and regenerative medicine. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate. This role will focus on primary cell isolation and preservation, organ perfusion, cell culture, and general laboratory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell biology and experience working with human or animal tissues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform primary cell isolations from human and/or animal tissues.
• Conduct organ perfusion and tissue processing.
• Conduct primary cell characterization.
• Preserve and cryopreserve primary cells following standard protocols.
• Culture and maintain primary cells under aseptic conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of production, experiments, and sample inventories.
• Support daily lab operations, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly and professionally within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field with working experience.
• Solid understanding of cell biology principles, GLP, and GMP.
• Hands-on experience in primary cell culture and/or isolation techniques.
• Experience with flow cytometry and establishing flow cytometry protocols.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
