Civil Engineer - Project Manager

**Key Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard engineering software.
- Familiarity with design platforms such as Revit, HEC-RAS, EPANET, or MicroStation.
- Solid understanding of engineering design principles, permitting processes, and relevant codes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on collaboration. **Preferred Attributes:**
- Experience with municipal, commercial, or private development project design.
- Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Knowledge of roadway, utility, stormwater, and site development design.
- Experience in field observations, construction administration, or permitting activities.
