M&TE Technician
An M&TE Technician is an individual who supports acquisition and deployment of materials and testing equipment (M&TE) to field personnel and projects. Individuals performing this role will be provided with specific training related to purchasing, shipping, and operation of nondestructive examination (NDE) equipment. Additionally, opportunities will be provided to obtain NDE knowledge/certification to perform field-related NDE activities. Primary Responsibilities:
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for tracking, organizing, distributing, and performing basic maintenance of NDE equipment and core assets. Role may also require participation in audits, assisting with invoicing, purchasing of materials and equipment, and working with field personnel to troubleshoot equipment-related needs and issues. It may also involve limited support of field-related activities, which would require occasional travel. Key Attributes:

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Individuals must successfully complete required safety training and gain familiarity with NDE testing methods
- Forklift certification; willingness to certify
M&TE Warehouse
- Act as direct resource to field staff to provide and properly distribute necessary equipment and materials to domestic and international work locations.
- Work with distributors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of required materials.
- Flexible availability to receive calls and assist in troubleshooting time-sensitive issues.
- Willing to conduct assignments in an environment of less than favorable conditions including dirty or radiological environments and physically challenging conditions (heat, cold or physical activities such as climbing or carrying equipment)
- Demonstrate ability to maintain focus in hazardous industrial environments such as at heights, on scaffolds and picks, noisy locations, with operating machinery nearby or overhead and with dangerous activities occurring nearby (welding, grinding, flame cutting, overhead loads, etc.)
