What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy designed to meet each child’s unique goals
- Implement behavior intervention plans with care, accuracy, and consistency
- Partner with BCBAs as part of a coordinated, interdisciplinary team
- Record session notes and data thoroughly using our easy-to-use digital tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RBT certification
- 1+ years of direct ABA therapy experience preferred
- A deep passion for the autism community and evidence-based care
- Dependable, proactive, and ready to grow
