**The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team.**
RTX has an opening for an **SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer** (Manager (hands-on), Business Systems and Transformation) position to join the Digital Technology Team. This is a Hands-On technical role.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Work to understand integration requirements with SAP and third-party applications.
+ Coordinate with SAP and Non-SAP teams for design and solutions.
+ Collaborate with functional teams for technical design and documentation.
+ Define BTP governance and best practices.
+ Design, develop, and deploy custom iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite within SAP CPI.
+ Sustainment support - Provide support for issues related to end-to-end interfaces, including troubleshooting and resolving errors.
+ System monitoring - Responsible for the interfaces inbound and outbound and supporting any failures that may arise.
+ Travel up to 10% during the project roll out expected to reduce significantly thereafter.
**Qualifications you must have:**
+ Minimum 8+ years' experience as an SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ year's related work experience.
+ Experience with Business Technology Platform (BTP) - Integration Suite within SAP.
+ Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Application Interface Framework.
+ Experience with Cloud Connector configuration and administration.
+ Experience with interface performance tuning or observability platforms.
+ Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
