Grounds Guys of Garner is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Landscape Foreman Crew Lead** to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and participate in various landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project completion.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Grading
- Sod installation
- Plant and tree installation
- Mulch installation
- Paver and retaining wall installation
- Assisting with other landscape tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a team
-Excellent communication
-Must have experience with skid steer, excavator, and grading
-Hardscape installation is a plus but not required
**Work Schedule**
- Monday through Friday
- Potential Saturday work if needed
Starting salary is dependent on experience
