The Job

You will be one of the first people our customers meet when they come to Battle House.

Your job is to help make sure they have an awesome experience.

That includes:

• Checking customers in
• Answering phones
• Helping guests make reservations
• Explaining games, equipment, and what to expect
• Helping birthday parties and groups get organized
• Answering customer questions
• Working with the rest of the team to keep everything running smoothly
