Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Class A Driver at our facility located in Mt Olive, NC! We are looking for dedicated and skilled drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road. Responsibilities
- This is a paid per load position. $60 load.
- Operate Class A vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Class A vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
