Job Responsibilities

  • Able to create clinical trial design to develop study concept sheets and protocol sections.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to bioanalytical method development and application.
  • Prepare study protocols, amendments, study manuals, investigator meeting materials, and related documentation with appropriate guidance.
  • Author, review, and maintain regulatory submissions, including IND annual reports, IND safety reports, Investigator Brochures, and NDAs.
  • Review and interpret scientific literature
  • Participate in preparation and review of data listings, summary tables, study results, manuscripts, and scientific presentations, CRFs, Data Management Manuals, and Data Analysis Plans.
  • Support training of new employees in research, development, and method validation activities as needed.
  • Align work priorities to support functional and departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts through evaluation and testing of new analytical instruments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support bioanalytical method development.
  • Lead and develop direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, monitoring training needs, and providing mentoring and coaching.
  • Establish priorities and schedules for departmental resources, support company objectives, and develop solutions to business and operational challenges.
  • Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, divisional procedures, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Salary Range:

$79,800.00 - $139,600.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
