We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to join our team in North Asheville, NC . This temporary or temp-to-hire position offers full-time or part-time hours , with a primarily evening schedule (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and occasional daytime shifts (about once a month) . Candidates must be available to work varied days, Monday through Sunday . The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors and carpets in commercial and industrial settings. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, hands-on floor care experience, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor waxing, stripping, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Operate floor care machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards
• Transport equipment to job sites using a company vehicle
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in floor care and carpet cleaning
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to work evening shifts and occasional daytime hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Must pass a background check
