Basement Kings USA is a growing foundation repair company supporting multiple brands across the country. We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting Assistant to support our Head of Operations by managing day-to-day recruiting activities for 3–5 foundation repair companies.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with candidates while keeping the hiring process moving.
What You’ll Do
Manage job postings and applicants in JazzHR
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and keep them informed
Help maintain a consistent recruiting process across multiple locations
Support hiring for construction and field-based roles
What We’re Looking For
Prior recruiting or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with candidates by phone
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience is a plus)
What We Offer
Part-time, fully remote W-2 position
10–15 flexible hours per week
Pay range of $15–$20/hour based on experience
